Simon Bowden - Founder & Principal

Operating Talent Partners was founded to offer a knowledgeable, responsive and agile solution for Funds, their Portfolios and other Privately Held Companies across the UK and Europe looking for a talent partner who really understands Value Creation.

Simon has over 25 years' executive recruiting expertise across UK, European and US private markets, placing senior management into investment funds, their portfolio companies and very high-growth SMEs.

Operating between France and the UK, Simon also spent a number of years working in the booming Californian market filling pivotal management roles across the Technology, Healthcare, e-Commerce,
Digital Infrastructure and Asset Management sectors.

He is a dual British and French citizen, multi-lingual, and holds a dual degree in European Law from Lancaster University & The University of Lorraine, in Nancy, France.

Simon is a life-long Bath Rugby fan, ever-hopeful golfer, aviation enthusiast and decent home cook!
